Paving the way for the new investment plans to produce 40% of national electricity from in solar energy by 2030; the government is preparing new legal measures. These measures aim at encouraging production as they include regulations that will govern the incentives for the renewable energies and definition of the conditions to access to the incentives for electricity producers; says official in the Electricity and Gas Regulatory Commission (CREG).
