Energy and electricity experts prepare a new investment guide for electricity production from new, thermal and renewable energies. This guide should include all the required facilities in electricity production, local manufacturing and technology transfer. These facilities aim at decreasing tariff on renewable energy equipment by 2%, signing purchase energy agreements from investors for up to 25 years and identifying exchange currency.
